Link image to comment, viewpoint or tag

Is it possible to add an image to a comment, viewpoint or tag. We have photos from site and I would like to link them to a viewpoint, tag or comment in the Navisworks model. When the client reviews the photos they can quickly associate the image to a location in the Navisworks model. This would be very useful for maintenance issues.
