I understand the need for other 2014 users to also install the service pack for compatbility issues.
However, I have a user who is still using 2013 and when he tried to open the file, he gets that same error message that the non-service pack 2014 users were getting.
But, there is not a "new" service pack for 2013 like there is for 2014, which I think is causing the issues.
Any way to fix this?
