Import .dat (app profiler file) & .xml (sets file) through batch utility.

i want to scheduling batch file to convert dri to nwd with importing .dat (appearance profiler file) & .xml (sets file) to avoid manual interface.

 Please suggest me, what to do?

 please find the batch file which i am using here. Thorugh which simulator simply  converts dri to nwd.
