How to Save a NavisWorks NWD file to Revit Server 2014

How to Save a NavisWorks NWD file to Revit Server 2014. Is it possible ?

 

How to save  NWD files from a Desktop  with Desk Navisworks Manage 2014  to Revit Server 2014.

 

Please let me know if it is possible .

Revit Server only works with .rvt files only

Thats one of the points of the NWD: sharing model content for collaboration, not copying.

 

Check your contract to see if you have a right to the original Revit content.

I'm afraid it's not possible. Revit Server is purely a solution for Revit, it cannot handle other file types unfortunately.

If you need to share NWD's, have you considered A360 as a means of sharing your models? You get a collaboration space and also a free viewer of the model for all with just a browser (Chrome and Firefox).

you can also look at Navisworks Freedom which only opens .nwd files
