Getting 'Internal error' while opening the drawing in Naviswork 2013

Dear Autodesk Team,

We are getting problem in Naviswork Simulate 2013.

While opening the drawing we are getting error as “internal error” as shown in the attached screenshot.

Please let me know the internal error means exactly what?

Please let me know any solution for above.Waiting for your earliest reply.

FYI:

We are using

Software : Autocad 2012-64Bit , Naviswork Simulate 2013 , Naviswork Manage 2013 , Autoplant V8i - SS4 version : 8.11.9.140 ,  MS-Office 2010 64 Bit.

Hardware : Workstation Dell Precision T3600

Hi Gholap,

From the error its mention the problem when Navisworks try to load this AutoCAD  file P50182_PRESALT_FPSO.dwg. You can reload the link from that file again if its still fail try to open directly from AutoCAD then repair the file.
