Find Items Missing "Property" Values

I typically import a xml clash set file at the beginning of every project.  On a current project, I have noticed that after I do this, some of the values under the "Property" column are not available.  These values are clearly there when the object is selected and the selection filter is set to First Object.  I have really noticed it when Element is selected in the "Category" column.

For example, I have a piece of ductwork on a "Supply Air" workset.  When I select it in Navisworks, and look at the property window, there is clearly a "Workset" field and it is "Supply Air" (on the Element tab).  If I go to the Find Items window and select Element for the Category, I hit the down arrow and only get a fraction of the values in the model, and "Work Set" is not one of them.  There is not "..." to indicate it can search for more values.

However, if I got to one of the search sets that I imported and it was already looking for the Property "Workset", then it is there, along with alot more fields that were previously not available.

This is severely impacting workflow of importing clash sets and automating some of the clash process.  Any help is much appreciated.

Hi, I have the same problem as explained. Using "Find Item" dialog I cant find specific properties. On the other hand if I import search sets "looking" for this specific properties Navis finds them. I have the same issue using Manage 2019-2021. Have anyone find a solution to this topic since 2014, when it was started?

I would also appreciate knowing when there is a solution to this issue.  I can add more information as well.

I am having the issue when using a ,nwd that has an ,ifc included within it.  The properties list only populates so far and then cuts off.  If I open the .ifc directly, i do not have this problem.

My co-worker has had some success within 2021 by going to the options/file readers and selecting the legacy option.  unfortunately that option does not appear for me in 2020.

Experiencing same issue in Navis Manage 2021. We are now in the third decade of this century.
