Error on startup and reload Navisworks 2015

I get this errorNavis error.JPG when I first load or append a .dwg file or when I change the dwg file and reload it into Navisworks. Suggestions as to why this is happeneing?

I tried opening the sample Gatehouse.dwg file in Navisworks Manage 2015 and I am not seeing this error.

If you try opening this sample DWG, are you still seeing the error (this would tell us if the error is with all DWGs, or with the particular one(s) you've been using)?

no I did not get the same error on the Gatehouse dwg. Only on the files that
I have already created. I will send you this one. I get an error on it See
if you get that error

Were you able to attach a small sample file?

Yes. But none of my files. They worked in the previous Navisworks version
and now they don't in the new version. Can you tell me what the error means?

The message seems to be coming from the NWC exporter function of Navisworks (File Readers).

The error could be related to elements/geometry contained within the DWG or in how the DWG was created.

I am not seeing a DWG attached to the thread, and without a sample file I can't check to see if I can reproduce the error on my own system.

The drawing appended correctly when using Navis 2014 but not in Navis 2015.
Why would it do that? I do not want to go backwards. In your experience has
anyone else come across this error?

I sent you a file that creates the error. You must have not gotten it. Is there an attachment file size limit? Is there another way I can send you the file. I have an FTP site

If you are using IE11, I found the following thread indicating that the system may not be allowing attachments:
http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Community-Feedback/Attached-files-stripped-AGAIN/m-p/4759939/highlight...

Regarding size limitations, a while ago I saw a thread on that topic and I think it was around 1.5MBs. However, I recently saw a forum thread with a 4MB RVT file attached, so there could have been some changes.

What is the size of the file you are trying to attach?
