ERROR: file xxxx.nwd has an unknown version number

I am receiving the above error message when using NavisWorks 2010 software. I believe I am trying to import NavisWorks 2012 .nwd files.

Is it possible to download a 2012 viewer to view 2012 files? I have been looking but can't seem to find one. Otherwise I guess the other solution is to have our MEP coordination team save the NavisWorks files in a 2010 file format (our company could also buy the 2012/2013 software, but this is the least cost effective alternative).

You could download the 2013 Freedom Viewer which should be able to read older NWD files.
