Draping Aerial Photo to C3D tin surface

I need to drape an aerial photo on the EG surface in Navisworks 2015. I used this procedure successfully in 2013: http://fromthegroundup.typepad.com/from_the_ground_up/2010/10/draping-aerial-photos-on-a-civil-3d-su... , but the steps do not match in 2015. The image is draped and the size is correct, but the position is wrong (when using offset 0,0). The image is also moving when i turn to ray trace view.

 

Anyone got this working?

Just curious...

 

this was posted back in 2014 and there was no response. Is Autodesk monitoring these questions?

A good instructional answer would be beneficial. As the software does continue to change.
