Can you drag and drop an NWD into an open Navisworks session?
Hello there,
Is it possible the file was published to expire? I think you should be contacting the publisher of the NWD file.
Kind regards
Daniel
Hi Luke---
Thanks.
I tried Grag/Drop NWD File into an Open Session (with NAVISWORKS FREEDOM Open)---
but I get the same nessage--->File Does not exist or Cannot Open File.
I cannot Attach the NWD Files to this Post, as I get the message
that Authentication has failed.
If you can provide me with an alternative way to send you my NWD File--
such as putting it on FTP or Other Internat URL---
I would appreciate it. I cannot use my regular Hotmail Account
as the NWD Files are too large, the smallest being 48MB.
My Period for Trial Version will expire soon.
Thanks Very Much & Best Wishes---

It could be antivirus software blocking access, perhaps try disabling that. Also, try right-clicking on the NWD in Windows Explorer, go to Properties, and see if there is a button to "unblock" it.
Hi Luke---
I have tried the Properties Option---
there is no Option to "Unblock".
I open all kinds of Files and I have no problems at all.
Please give me a Option to put NWD File in a location where you can
view and diagnose the problwm.
Thanks.
Hi Luke---
Problem is solved.
I had the NWD Files on my External Drive---
when I copied the NWD File to a location
on my Computer Hard Drive and then Opened it---
this worked.
Question--->
Why did yhe NWD File not Open
from the Location on my External Drive---
I have all Types of Files with several Extension Types
on my External Drive---and they all Open Immediately.
Please provide me with reasons why the NWD Files
could not Open from Location on my External Drive.
Thanks dor all your help.
Best---
