Batch Utility with and w/o xrefs?

Guys, is it possible to run to batch utility session with different set ups for xrefs?

1. first session will have to run without xref conversion

2. the next session will run with xref conversion (convert xref and Merge xref layers option on)

i am trying to run two different project on my machine, and this is my problem.

How can i do this? any help is appreciated.

Run the first batch
Import a registry setting
Close Navisworks
Start Navisworks
Run the 2nd batch
Import a registry setting to go back to the original state.
Close Navisworks

Most settings you need are under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk
and then your Navisworks type and version...
