Batch Utility - Delete Viewpoints during build

My department has numerous batch utilities runnning overnight that avoid us doing manual builds on a daily basis. Unfortuantely, one drawback is that we have to open the NWDs that are built and subsequently delete out redundant viewpoints that are brought in with the various NWCs.

Is it possible for viewpoints to be deleted during the build or must this be manual? We are, effectively, double-jobbing due to this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Batch Utility won't do it.  The way to do it would be writing something with the API.
