Apperance Profiler/Search Set Automation

My department has a large number of NWDs being built overnight. This is a great time saver as it is based on both .bat and the batch utility. Unfortunately, so to make the updated files presentable, we will have to reopen and manually update colours/transparencies, essentially doubling our work.

I have recently been told about the appearance profiler, though my understanding of it is limited. Is it possible to get this to run with batches as they build? Is this possible only through the API?

I was thinking of appending in an NWD with search sets during the build but this still ultimately requires interaction.

Also here, switch over to writing your own application that starts Roamer and use the API to execute search sets and re-apply visibiltiy overrides to them.
