A software problem has caused SceneConvertServer to close unexpectedly.

I'm getting this error and a crash after I try to open or append a file. I have a fresh install of Navisworks 2014 Manage.

Thank you for your post.  In this case it may be linked to the revit file itself.  If the revit file is corrupt or problematic, it could be at the root of the entire problem.  You could try a new export from Revit to NW to then test.  Please keep us posted in the community and let us know how this worked out.  Thank you.

I'm getting this error as well and I know my revit file is working. I dont want to have to export it from Revit to Navisworks because that is an additional needless step. Assuming the file is fine, what is the issue and how can it be fixed?

Hello

I am getting this error message consistently when trying to open .rvt or .ifc files in navis manage 2018.

The same files worked fine in the 2017 version. Any ideas?
