Roamer.exe error when opening navisworks files

Hello everyone i am very new to navisworks so you will have to bare with me. Our BIM coordinator left my company and I received a crash course with this amazing program. For a month or so everything was going fine, but then one day i went to open a NWD file and got a roamer.exe error that says "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\device\harddisk3\DR3"

If i click cancel about 15 times the file finally opens. I attached the error message for your convenience.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you
