This may seem like a basic question but one that I need to ask - Is there a way to lessen the arm gap on an avater in "A" pose? I ahve been told her arms are sticking out in an unnatural pose and need to be resting against her side or fairly close to it. Is this possible?

Please look at the attachment.
1 In "single selection mode"
2 You can select the left FK arm in the character controls.
This is the FK controller of the arm.
Note: If you wish to just view the FK controllers, check only the FK icon (highlighted under the #1 in the attachment.
3 Now you can add a new layer and add the desired rotation which will be additive to the animation.
4 the effect can be increased or toned down or exaggerated by setting keys if you'd like.
Finally you can bake the animation on the skeleton.
