UV Snapshot can't be saved. The menu doesn't pop up

Hello,

I have a problem saving an UV snapshot in Maya 2014. Previously I selected "UV Texture Editor"-> "Polygons" -> "UV Snapshot" and after that a window opens so I was able to fix the file name and the file path.

But now nothing happens after choosing "UV Snapshot" and Maya says "No help available for this tool".
I searched the whole computer for a file named "snapshot" or "UV" but I didn't find it.

Could anyone show me how to solve the problem?

Any errors in the command history window?

I don't have any clues but you could try resetting your preferences to see if that fixes it:

It was a duel monitor glitch. I just unplugged my cintiq and it was there ready and waiting... an hour of my life I will never get back. 😉
