UV Smooth Tool in Maya 2014 Extention for Mac not working...

I cannot get the UV Smooth Tool to work.  Both of the menu select options for Relazing and Unfolding UV's work but the UV Smooth tool that is supposed do both of those functions interactively doesn't work.

I have not had a chance to check this on the regular Maya 2014 build or a Windows version of the Maya 2014 Extension, yet. So as far as I know this is a Maya 2014 Extension bug for Mac OS.

Its not working on Windows in 2013 or 2014 so there is gotta be something I am missing, I used it before. 

I even followed this tutorial.
