Smoothing problems

cant see the problem...image too small and no description of problem.

At neck ,the left is before extract.After extract why it is not smooth? Thank you.

you have to hit the 3 key for the extracted surface as well...both are subd surfaces....or in poly mode go to Normals on the Menu top bar and soften edges.
