Problems with walk cycle

Hi, Im having problems with a walk cycle im trying to do.

everytime I set post infinity with cycle offset, my rigs legs go crazy!

 if anyone could help i would

apprciate it so much!

this might work,it might not. but check your graph editor, it seems as though,due to the change,your speed changed.


I recently finished a walk cycle in school and had similar problems after changing framerate,the problem lay in my graph editor,the framerate having changed all the positions.
