Modeling a realistic muscular human body

Hi. I need help on how to model a realistic, anatomically correct muscular human body. Almost like a bodybuilder or something. I have my own anime characters that I have to model like this.

Any tutorials, tips or guide lines welcome. If you have a tutorial, please email it to me to zaruka@webmail.co.za. I really need help with this.

Thanks. I'll have a look at those links. I have a book called Maya Techniques: Hyper-Realistic Creature Creation, but it doesn't show me step by step on how to model the character. If you have the book, you'll see the type of charactes I have to model.
