Maya - align pivot to object normal?

Hello, i am searching a script to align the pivot of a multiples objects (objets are 1 triangle polygon) to their normal. After that a way to offset on multiple objects pivot, a predefined value in the Y axis in local.

Thank you very much.

I have found the easiest way to do this is to use locators align them to object and constrain or parent the object to the locator. just remember if the objects are already key framed put them in a group before constraining or parenting them.

Thank you, for your help. I just found this!

my main problem is now to offset by 1,5 meter the pivot in local space.(along normal)
The only way I found is in world space.
> move -r 0 1.5 0 mesh.scalePivot mesh.rotatePivot

I have to do it on multiples objects, so with a script way is the better, sadly I know nothing in scripting...
