Extruding with bevel problem

Hello everyone. So I have this rig, and I am trying to extrude some sides. And everytime I try to extrude it, it extrudes like this: http://gyazo.com/6f73ecc7df216a8584de3239e1595957

It extrudes it like it's beveled.

And heres a DIFFERENT rig and it extrudes just like I want it.

So is there any way I can "de-bevel" the first rig so that I can extrude it like the second rig?
