Copy pattern or accelerate the process

Hi everyone, I'm having a dilemna on my model. Capture here

Indeed, I'd like to extrude my passenger windows but I have a lot of refine work to avoid having tris. 

The problem is that I have to model 37 windows. 

Is there a possible way to accelerate the process ?

PS : I won't try booleans, it's messing up the topology.
