2015 ext1: Target weld tool not working in unit other than centimeter

anyone else has the same problem with 2015 ext1?

When I change the working units to mm, target weld tool behave strangely, it snaps the vertices to somewhere near the origin.

It works fine under centimeter.

Yep, exactly this happens to me as well, came here to see if someone had already mentioned this problem...
