I can not associate an additional  collaborator to an annotation(comment)

This will disable a concept of defining someone to do work.
and inform the person that there is work to do or something for him to read.

Currently, the annotation will be sent to all who can access the mockup. 

It is a good ideal that support to invite specified persons in annotation.

I have logged a wish in our issue tracking system.
