Mapping Mocap Data onto a Bipad Character

Hello together,

I am trying to use Mocap Data from a Database (http://smile.uta.edu/hmd/hmd.htm) together with Bipad Character driven Modells. So I import the Bipad Modells into Motionbuilder, characterize them and drive them by the mocap data. The problem is, that the matching of the movements does not work properly. As soon as I set the source of the bipad skeleton to be the mocap character, the bipad character is set to a strange pose with crossed feets and performs the movement of the mocap data in opposite order. Any try to mirror this does not lead to an acceptable result. The file can be viewd here: <<https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B4KKWGKOeK-FdEZNZ1lHTmZtRWc>>. Can somebody help?

You characterized the Biped not in a T stance and or it was facing the wrong way.

Make sure you characterize it after you face it forward and have the arms out to the side like a T and not down as Biped defaults to.
