where is the materials library for MDT2008

XP Pro SP2, Inventor Suite 2008, MTD 2008.
When I installed the programs, I selected the option for the materials library with the hundreds of professionally specified materials. When I do AMMASSPROP, I still get the same old 10 choices that have been available since MDT 2. Where is the new list of materials and how do I access it? Also the region/mass properties button on the INQUIRY toolbar from the AMDTACAD menu does not work. It gives a "no solids or regions selected" message dispite saying that select objects says 1 object found. The mass properites button on the PART MODELING tool bar works okay. There may be a bug because the command line for the inquiry button does not seem to be correct since it is massprop not ammassprop but there doesn't seem to be a way to change it.

I don't have 2008 installed but it sounds like you're confusing render
materials with mdt materials. The render materials are found in the tool
palette.

You may be right there. Too bad Autodesk doesn't offer a larger library of pre-specified materials for the mass properites function. I guess that I will still have to create my own. It is really handy for determining the balance point on a stamping tool.
