Error Installing Autodesk Mechanical Desktop Version 5

I am facing the problem installing Autodek Mechanical Desktop release 5 into windows XP Pro, it prompt out error "C-Dilla CDSecure. This version of CdSecure is incompatible with this version of windows. If Autodesk Mechanical Desktop 5 can not support windows XP, do they have patches? how to overcome this problem.
