command line visualization problem

My command line changed to this w/ no way of expanding the view. Now it's stuck. No clue why or what to do about it.

Hi,

Looks like, you have locked the workspace. Unlock the workspace by right clicking on the lock icon which can be seen at the bottom right hand corner. Once unlocked, using left mouse button, drag command line, re size and place the command line as required.
