10 or so years ago the same thing happened to me... and I can't remember
what i did to fix it. When i go to open or import a file... it goes to the
command line asking for the filename instead of a browse window. I remember
typing filecmd or something and changing a 0 to a 1 or something. Can
someone refresh me.
