Jason,
The color formatting in MDT 2009 is hard coded and we don't have
a setting or registry edit to make it look like MDT 2007.
FYI:
AutoCAD Mechanical 2010 has a functionality where the overridden cells will be
highlighted in Blue color and a tooltip shows the evaluated/actual
value.
