blocks in a solid?

Is there any way to attach a block to a solid, or make a solid feature a
block i.e. a counter bore for a bolt?
I would like to do so because our 2d blocks are labeled and contain
information... if I can do the same in 3d 🙂

No, but hole notes in Inventor are great for this type of thing.
