I could successfully Etransmit 2 MDT files without any issue in MDT 2009
SP3. Can you try following steps?
1. Create a new MDT drawing with one simple part>>Save the drawing on your
local HDD (not on a network drive)>>Etransmit>>verify the issue.
2. If the issue is not reproducible, try copy the files (these are the ones
which you have problem with) to your local machine (if they are on a
network), open one by one (if you are trying to etransmit multiple files)>>
save>>Close. Now try to Etransmit.
3. If the issue still persists>>try to Audit all drawing files>>Save and
Etransmit.
4. Finally can you send us a copy of these files if this issue is still not
addressed? You may consider to send the files to
sridharDOTsubramaniATautodeskDOTcom or attach to this thread.

I am having a very real problem with the e-transmit feature in Mechanical
Desktop 2009 SP-3. when I pick e-transmit to collect and save the files into
a zip file a dialog box opens and warns me to save the files before
e-transmit. I pick OK and the dialog box goes away and then returns asking
the same thing. No matter how many times I pick OK the dialog box never goes
away. I suspect that there is a problem with the Service Pack 3 that I
installed 3 weeks ago.
