Why do they call it "Drawing Recovery Manager" if I can't use it to recover a drawing?

The relatively new "Drawing Recovery Manager" is great. However, if it comes up because my last session crashed then I
probably need to run a recover on the drawings listed. I can't "recover" drawings using the "Drawing Recovery Manager". Why?

Also, anybody know how I can run a recovery on a drawing without having to hit the "enter" key dozens of times. Because
it takes a while, I want to start a recovery and go get a cup of joe while it works away on it's own.
