I have a Maya plugin that attaches a camera to a piece of rigging and I do the IK for it. I can step or run through the move and generate positions for every frame and from that I can get velocities and accelerations. If the velocity is higher than the system can achieve, I would like to be able to graph this discrete data - but of course it could not be edited. If there a cleaner way of doing this than assigning it as animation to a dummy axis and then graphing that? Velocity and Accleration as well as position would be 3 nodes for each axis...
Thanks,
Simon
