Maya Xgen Fatal error

Hello everybody. I have some strange issues with Xgen in Maya 2019 on my Mac. Every time I want to create a new collection it just crushes. And this problem is actual even for a very simple scene, like plane with 50*50 divisions. Further more I can't find the xgen menu option in settings/preferences-preferences. It seems to be strange cause a couple of months ago everything were working. I suppose there are some problems with plug-in or its packages.

did you set a maya project? in my experience xgen can get very buggy if you do not. as it will use the default project and very often clash with other xgen data in there.
