Panel layout issue

Strange behavior. If I save scene, than create a new, and than load my saved scene, layout is restored from file. But if I reload Maya and trying to open my saved scene, panel layout doesn't restored. Sometimes it work, sometimes no.

And error was showed:

I have exactly the same problem and it's driving me crazy...

When I open Maya and open a scene, the Panels layout is reset to default. I checked the UI Elements Category in Preferences and under "Panel Configurations" both checkboxes are marked (When saving and When opening) but it doesn't work...

I was using Yosemite and thought that was the problem, so I completely formatted my machine and did a clean install of Mavericks 10.9, then I only installed Maya 2015 SP5 and nothing else. The problem persists! I don't know what else to do. Please, any help will be very appreciated.
