Missing Tool in Convert Menu

Hi,

I can't figure out why my Modify->Convert Menu is short.

I cannot export to maya because the Polygons to subdiv and subdiv to NURBS tools are missing from my Convert menu.

you can see pic attached:

Other collegues of mine have the normal long menu with all the voices.. why is that changing with me?
