HumanIK locked after referencing

Hello,

I rigged a character with humanIK, but after importing it into a new scene as reference, all my Controls are locked, so I can't move and animate them.

What can I do?

Greetings

I still haven't found a solution or a reason for this problem.
Am I the only one who has this problem?

I haven't seen that personally and I can't seem to reproduce this behaviour. I have a couple of questions:

-What version of Maya (and Service Pack) are you using?

-Would it be possible for you attach an archive (File > Archive Scene) and a set of reproduction steps?

Also have you checked your "File References" Preference settings? Make sure that the two settings are enabled
