How to extract faces from multiple objects?

Hi, all.

I would like to know if there is anyway to extract faces from multiple objects?

Here's my situation. I've duplicated a hexagonal mesh into hundreds to form honeycomb pattern. Every mesh is keyframed(animated). I would like to extract faces of each hexagon to create interesting animation. Please help and thank you in advance.

Select all the objects....combine them all...activate face model and select them and extract them....separate.

Try copying them into another scene then back.
