I just have my student ID and I am trying to install Maya 2014 for Windows 64bit. The serial numbers an product key are introduced automatically, then I start the installation normally but, when it seems to be completed, the installator shows a window saying "Installation complete. Some products failed to install" and bellow appears the programs with a "red cross" and say "FAILED" to the left of Autodesk Maya 2014. It would be great if Autodesk provides an e-mail address to send specific questions. Help me please.
