Difference in Grid Sizes Foot Vs. Inch Vs Cent.

quick question.

does using a grid set to foot vs Centimeter cause the computer to use more processing power?

I would believe it to do so because when building something to scale on the centimeter grid it is much smaller then building it on the foot size grid.

Thank you for your time.

Scale does not matter nor being foot, meter or whatever you set maya units to be.....the grid won't affect render time.

Some artists like to work in real scale for more accuracy, specially in film production.

Poly count, textures , shaders , simulations ...etc , are a few things that increase render time"process power.
