I'm expert user...
Shot video with nikon D3200 (23.2mm x 15.4mm that is 23.2mm x 13.05mm of sensor used when recording wide in 16:9, so that will be my efective sensor size for this shot) in 1080p size at 18mm focal lenght.
I have footage with 9 printed track points sorted as this
***
***
***
then i track them manualy, all ok, green+yellow lines is what i get, but tracking points are at the corect spot all the way...
I go to camera settings and input 23.2mm x 13.05mm for size, 18mm for lens, and set it to fixed since i didnt zoomed or anything...
Do the camera track, all green points

Go for axis, and to make it clear i will number them at the order of tracking
123
456
789
i say 1 is origin, from origin to 7 is X, from origin to 3 is Y, Z is set to be up axis in project window...
I make all points share Z axis (floor) and solve it again, i get this
Screenshot also available at this link: http://www.dodaj.rs/f/3m/U6/4jATX8rC/22.jpg
Now i go fo other relations like
1 and 3 sharing X axis
4 and 6 sharing X axis
7 and 9 sharing X axis
then
1 and 7 sharing Y axis
2 and 8 sharing Y axis
3 and 9 sharing Y axis
Try to solve camera and get this

This hapens a lot of times, actualy, tracking this same shot over again, i will get diferent resaults, and tracking points will be same seen at human eyes...
In the past, Matchmover worked perfect, i told to my self this is it, finaly program that do everything, but now it is not working.
Also some times Z axis goes wild after solving, everything is fine just Z one is pointing somewhere only God knows where... and everything else is inputed corectly...
Does anyone have any hint on how to get over this?
This is what i'm running
I see part of the problem, you have all one axis tracking. In order for a real 3D world axis to be created, you have to tell MM to see the x and z properly, along with a Y. You can only have x and z with your current setup.
There are ways around tracking a "flat" area, but it isn't recommended as you will run into other issues with parallax.
Right now I can also see you have y and x set and y shouldn't be lined up with x the way it is.
