Within both MapGuide Enterprise and Map 3D we can join spatial data to ODBC etc. The one thing I miss from MapGuide 6.5 days is the ability to tweak the Join columns so they match. For example, I often have to RTRIM or LTRIM the TEXT columns in the SQL Server database to match the columns in SDF files. This is common for me to do.
