Will not import from Vault

Hi,

I get the following message wheen trying to import from Vault:

Failed to complete the vault command 'Insert From Vault'. - The process can not access the file, because it is being used by another process.

I am the only person using Publisher, but the file is almost constantly used by someone in Inventor.

How can I fix this?

I'm quite keen on speaking to someone from Autodesk about this, as I'm currently at a work stop.

Sorry to interupt the Autodesk Christmas party, but I am still having problems.

I can now import a file from Vault and save in to Vault.  However, I cannot open it and get the following:

Alright, alright.

I don't even want an answer any more, just a response, anything just to aknowledge Autodesk recognise there may be a problem.

Cheers.

Hi ,

would you please try insert this inventor file from local folder?  we will then investigate what is the issue.

publisher has a local folder mapped to vault folder, when insert from vault, it will download files to local folder.

Thanks

Leo
