Update turns visibility on in random components- 2015

When I update a model in Publisher, some of the components being updated seem to have their visibility randomly turned on.

This only happens though in the snapshot where the update happens to be applied, so a solution would be to, before updating, create another snapshot and then delete the problem one.

This is of course not a permanent fix!

I would check to see if the visibility of the objects in Inventor has changed, thats what normally causes visibility change issues for me.
