Have tried the tips on other posts in the forum, with no success.

The link on the mail sent to other people does not work.

As long as they are signed in on their viewer, then they should only need to follow the link on the mail they receive?

I'm not sure I understand your question here. The mobile file generated by Inventor Publisher is called an IPM, and that IPM file can be shared with people in 3 ways.

1. Save the IPM locally and email the file to the customer

2. Publish the IPM to an Autodesk Cloud account, and log into the same cloud account from the mobile device to view the file

3. Publish the IPM to an Autodesk Cloud account, and select the "Share" box in the publish dialog. This will post the IPM to the cloud account, as well as generate a hyperlink in an email to you which can be distributed to whomever. The recipient simply taps the hyperlink in the email from their mobile device and the file will automatically launch in the Viewer app.
