Login problem on tablet

Dear All,

I have just bought a Samsung Tab S 10.5 T800 and immediately installed IPM Viewer.

I have been using IPM Viewer on my Samsung mobile for a long time without any problem.

Now the problem is the following when I try to download a model to the tablet:

I am asked to log in as usual but cannnot get through due to  "Autodesk ID and password do not match".

I have already tried the followings without any result:

- uninstall and reinstall

- change Autodesk ID and password

- use my friend's ID

Has anybody ever faced such problem?

Could you please offer any other good 3d viewer?

Thank you for using IPM viewer.

Could you please check if you have set your time zone, location, time/date correctly on your new Samsung tablet?

You will meet login issue if these are not set correctly.

Dear Huan,

I am glad to inform you that your solution was perfect.

I still don't understand how it is possible that this problem has not appeared at other users so far, found no mention on the web...

No matter I am happy to be able using IPM Viewer.
