When I go to download a project that I created on my Autodesk Inventor my username and password don't work. The message says they don't match. My username and password is working and has been verified as well as tested on another IPAD. If my username and password originally worked on my IPAD as I had downloaded a few other projects a few months ago, but is no longer working what may of caused it to stop working? We uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but it is still not working. Any suggestions? Mary Morgan
It would be caused by the time setting on your ipad. we found the time on ipad would be wrong if using auto time settings on ipad. We meet this problem before and correct the time will make it works.
please make sure the time on ipad is the same as standard time of your time zone. you may need to correct it manually.
